1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place orders. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only under the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. Products, pricing & availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.

We make every effort to describe products accurately, but colours, images and specifications are indicative and may vary slightly. Availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

In case of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order(s) even after confirmation, and to refund any amount already paid.

3. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute our acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product(s).

We may, at our discretion, refuse, limit or cancel an order — including for reasons of stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or a breach of these terms — and will refund any amount paid for cancelled items.

4. Payments

We accept payments through our PCI-DSS compliant gateway (Cashfree) via UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where eligible. Your payment credentials are handled by the gateway and never stored by us.

By placing an order you confirm that the payment instrument used is lawfully yours. Orders flagged for payment risk may be held for verification.

5. Shipping, returns, cancellation & warranty

Delivery, returns, refunds, cancellation and warranty are governed by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Warranty Policy respectively, which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping or harvesting data, uploading unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or using it for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Vardiano.com — including text, graphics, logos, the “Vardiano” name and marks, page layouts, and software — is owned by or licensed to Vardiano and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Product names, brand names and trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered.

8. Third-party links & content

The platform may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices, and access to them is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vardiano and its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the platform.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the dispute-resolution and grievance mechanisms available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

We will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within the timelines prescribed under applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
