Cancellation Policy

Plans changed? You can cancel eligible orders before they are shipped. This policy explains how and when you can cancel, and how refunds are handled.
1. How to cancel
Go to My Orders → select the order → Cancel Order. You can cancel while the order is in Confirmed, Processing or Packed status.
If you are unable to cancel online, contact us at support@vardiano.com as soon as possible and we will help if the order has not yet been shipped.
2. Refunds on cancellation
Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full to the original payment method, processed within 15–30 days of cancellation. COD orders cancelled before shipping incur no charge.
3. After shipping
Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You may either refuse delivery at your doorstep, or accept it and raise a return (if eligible) under our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Cancellations by Vardiano
We may cancel an order — in whole or in part — due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, delivery not being serviceable to your area, or suspected fraud. In such cases we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the cancelled items in full.
