Plans changed? You can cancel eligible orders before they're shipped.
How to cancel
Go to My Orders → select the order → Cancel Order. Orders can be cancelled while in Confirmed, Processing, or Packed status.
Refunds on cancellation
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. COD orders incur no charge.
After shipping
Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you may refuse delivery or raise a return after it arrives.
