We offer easy 7-day returns on eligible products. Your satisfaction matters.
Return window
Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging with all accessories and tags.
How to return
Go to My Orders → select the order → Return / Replace, choose the items and reason, and submit. We'll schedule a pickup.
Refunds
Once the returned item passes inspection, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. COD orders are refunded to your bank account or as store credit.
Non-returnable items
Certain items (e.g., opened consumables, personalised products) may not be eligible. Eligibility is shown on the product page.
