How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, choose an address and payment method, and confirm. You'll get an order confirmation instantly.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Orders can't be modified once placed, but you can cancel an eligible order (before it ships) and reorder.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cash on Delivery is available everywhere. UPI, cards, net banking and wallets are available once online payment is enabled.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway and verified server-side. We never store your card details.

How long does delivery take?

2–3 days for metros and 4–6 days elsewhere. Check your PIN code on any product page for an exact estimate.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes — free delivery on all orders above ₹499.

What is the return policy?

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Start a return from My Orders.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

How do I reset my password?

Use the 'Forgot password?' link on the sign-in page to receive reset instructions.
