Disclosure to the bottom of this page. By buying any service/product from us, you

agree to the terms & conditions and Non Disclosure mentioned below.

Terms Highlights:

 

If your project is hosted on our server and you haven't bought one explicitly, we

Won’t be able to share hosting server details & we don't share source code.

 

For website development projects understand that we are creative digital

agency, we don't just code, but do things creatively, every piece of our

development is work of art, hence we request you to allow us to keep the

‘Website created by Vardiano Business Services’ credit, in the bottom of the website.

Request of credit removal will be charged extra INR 10000.

 

Project will not start until full prepayment is received. If somehow we agreed

upon getting payments in parts please note we have rights to take actions for no

payment on time.

 

Considering the nature of our work (digital) amount once paid are strictly non

refundable.

 

In no circumstances the client shall be dealing with unethical work or shall not

hire any of our employee without prior written & signed notification from us.

 

We offer maximum of 2 revisions/change requests on any creative asset we

create for your business for free, any change requests beyond that are

chargeable & starts at Rs 2000 per revision.

 

ecommerce management (product add/update/delete/managing

emails/customer communication/product detailing/order management/coupon

and offer management on monthly basis is charged 12000 per month

separately. Website development cost does not includes the monthly

maintenance cost.

 

Anything that you need to be coached by us, for example how to create products

in backend by yourself, you will be charged 8000 per hour for every coaching session.

 

General Terms & Conditions

 

Payment Policy: Except Mobile application, software development projects all

payments has to be done in advance in order to start the service. For

software/mobile app development 50% has to be paid in advance and remaining

50% can be paid during project release.

 

Refund Policy: We follow a strict no refund policy for the nature of the work. Since

it’s software and digital assets, we do not provide any kind of refund for any of our services.

 

GST/Tax: If you are looking for a tax invoice there will be a separate payment link

will be shared with you for taxes. A registered GST invoice will be shared (of the

total amount), and you can use the invoice to claim taxes. Our GST Number is:

Discounted Price: Discounts are only applicable for the time period it’s offered. No

refunds can be initiated for discounted offers.

 

Please note Vardiano Business Services has the rights to change the terms & conditions

with out sending you any prior notification. It’s Usually updated every year in

December.

 

Terms & Conditions For Services

 

Terms & Conditions For Website Development:

 

*Standard/Basic Web development Projects will be released within [7-21] working

days following the receipt of payment. Standard website development is done

considering limited number of visitors, when the threshold increases for number of

visitors your website may go in maintenance and you might have to go for higher

plans. This is usually not the case for startups/new businesses however apparently

as your business grows and number of visitors increase on your website, basic

websites won’t work.

 

“Advance Web development Projects may take up to [90] working days following

the receipt of payment or as committed during the sales meeting.

 

“Estimates shared are estimates as per the requirement received by the time the

estimates document is prepared. Prices are subject to change as per change in

requirement.

 

* There won't be any refund or cancellation.

 

* 100% of the total amount has to be paid in advance for web development

projects.

 

*For any defaulters (default payments), Vardiano Business Services has the authority to

make the website void at any point in time and delete the data/code/records/files.

 

*We host the code on our server hence the hosting details will not be shared with

you.

 

* Domain has to be bought by you or you will pay us for the domain price and we

will buy it for you. Packages mentioned are excluding domain & hosting charges (if

not mentioned exclusively).

 

“Hosting charge is for one year, post that hosting charges are applicable every year

as per the plan selected and total number of users (load on the system). You can

choose a different plan every year as per your requirement.

 

“Hosting renewal happens every year in December and domain renewal happens

when it is about to get expired. You will be notified in advance if your domain is

about to expire (if it was bought by us), if the domain was purchased by you, you are

requested to take action on the renewal. Vardiano Business Services will not be held

responsible for website not working because of domain expiration.

 

* Source-code will not be shared. Website source codes are never shared. On

extreme cases the same can be shared on request post project release and full

payment acceptance. Source code sharing comes with a high charge usually more

than triple the price of the total project cost and in this case Vardiano Business Services

won't be accountable for your software maintenance or issues found later. In such

case customer is obliged to keep the code/software data privacy and the same code

shall not be duplicated/replicated as per the software license agreement that

customer will have to sign before taking the source code from Vardiano Business Services.

 

* Post we notify you that the website is ready and if you want any revision/change

to the website it has to be requested with in seven days of release at a go (please

collect all change requests and send it in one email/chat/call/revision). We offer 2

free revisions. All change requests post that shall be chargeable. The minimum

charge per change request starts with INR 2000.

 

* For basic websites backend access will not be shared. Customized website are

charged extra INR 60000 (excluding the estimate shared), where you can do basic

customizations like image change or text change by yourself. There is a training fees

of INR 8000/per hour has to be paid for the same if you need a training from us how

to do customization by yourself. Vardiano Business Services will not be accountable for

any issues encountered later for the change to the website. If you face issues in

customizations or on the website later, you can request Vardiano Business Services to

maintain website and you will receive separate

maintenance/redevelopment/development estimate for the same. Note this is not

source code sharing. We take credit of our work by adding a footer link to our

website/email etc., however in some cases this can be removed on request with a

mutual negotiated amount, that may be necessarily high than the development fee

itself.

 

Terms & Conditions For Digital Marketing:

 

All digital marketing starts only after receiving full prepayment.

 

There is no return/refund policy for digital marketing.

 

Details shared in estimate document are just an estimate. Prices are subject to

change as per change in requirement.

 

If no full payment happens during project release, Vardiano Business Services has the

authority to make the website/adds go void.

 

There is no return/refund/cancellation policy.

 

Leads mentioned in the leads are expected leads as per the analysis, sometimes

due to many different reasons like present traffic on the website, festivals in the

local area, keyword value, the lead count per day/in total might vary a little.

 

Terms & Conditions For Branding Service:

 

* Full prepayment has to be done in order to start any branding project.

* Amounts paid are non refundable.

 

Terms & Conditions For Social Media Management:

 

* Full monthly prepayment has to be done in order to start any social media

management plan.

 

* Amounts paid are non refundable.

 

* Every revision and calls are charged separately if not mentioned in the package

exclusively.

 

Terms & Conditions For Search Engine Optimization:

 

* Full monthly prepayment has to be done in order to start the project.

* Amounts paid are non refundable.

 

* SEO takes time and consistent effort. Please have patience while we work on the

tech things. SEO doesn’t shows results instantly.

 

Terms & Conditions For Mobile App Development:

 

*Mobile app development Projects may take up to [90-120] working days following

the receipt of payment or as committed during the sales meeting.

of INR 6000 has to be paid for the same if you need a training from us how to do

customization by yourself. Vardiano Business Services will not be accountable for any

issues encountered later for the change to the app. If you face issues in

customizations or on the app later, you can request Vardiano Business Services to

maintain app and you will receive separate

maintenance/redevelopment/development estimate for the same. Note this is not

source code sharing.

 

Terms & Conditions For Software Development:

 

*Software development Projects may take up to [90-365] working days (or as

mentioned in the business proposal) following the receipt of payment or as

committed during the sales meeting.

estimates document is prepared. Prices are subject to change as per change in

requirement.

 

* There won't be any refund or cancellation.

 

* 50% of the total amount has to be paid in advance and remaining 50% to be paid

maintenance/redevelopment/development estimate for the same. Note this is not

source code sharing.

 

Non Disclosure

 

 

1: All information’s shared by both the parties relating to business and operations

including, but not limited to, financial documents and plans, customers, suppliers,

manufacturing partners, marketing strategies, vendors, products, product

development plans, technical product data, product samples, costs, sources,

strategies, operations procedures, proprietary concepts, inventions, sales leads,

sales data, customer lists, customer profiles, technical advice or knowledge,

contractual agreements, price lists, supplier lists, sales estimates, product

specifications, trade secrets, distribution methods, inventories, marketing

strategies, source code, software, algorithms, data, drawings or schematics,

blueprints, computer programs and systems and know-how or other intellectual

property and their affiliates, may be at any time furnished, communicated or

delivered whether in oral, tangible, electronic or other form; the terms of any

agreement, the discussions, negotiations and proposals related to any agreement;

all other non-public information provided by both parties whosoever, all

Confidential Information shall remain the property of individual parties.

 

2: Both parties oblige to maintain confidentiality.

 

3: Vardiano Business Services can work with business similar to yours. However non of

your confidential information shall be shared.

 

4: You agree to not to solicit any employee or independent contractor of Yuvaan

Technologies on behalf of any other business enterprise, nor shall you induce any

employee or independent contractor associated with Vardiano Business Services to

terminate or breach an employment, contractual or other relationship with Vardiano Business Services.

 

We provide services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in

this agreement. Besides, you will obey the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and

conditions applicable to such services before you use them. We reserve the right to

change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

 

Before proceeding, please read this agreement because accessing, browsing, or

otherwise using the Site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in

this agreement.

 

You shall not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through this Site any Content,

information, or other material that (a) includes any bugs, viruses, worms, trap

doors, Trojan horses, or other harmful code or properties; (b) is libelous,

threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, pornographic, discriminatory, or could

give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the laws of the U.S. or the laws of any

other country that may apply; or (c)violates or infringes upon the copyrights,

patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of

any person. Vardiano Business Services may give you an account identification and

agreement, and Vardiano Business Services has no obligation to investigate the source of

under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Subject to the terms and

conditions of this agreement, hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-

downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Site

Site or make any use of the Site for the benefit of another business. We reserve the

right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion,

including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates

applicable laws or is harmful to our interests. You may not reproduce, distribute,

reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit this Site or any
