WARRANTY

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser (person who has purchased the product directly from www.Vardiano.com ) and is not transferable.

Vardiano.com will not undertake responsibility for the product’s malfunction or non-operation caused by use of poor quality media, unstable power supply, earthing problems, electrical discharge of other products or on account of wrong product software/firmware upgradation undertaken by the Purchaser.

Warranty only covers the actual product functionality and does not include aesthetic/external elements such as cover plastics, glassware, accessories, outer-casing, connectors, antenna wires, cables and consumables. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.

All items include Manufacturer’s Warranty. The time span for items are valid under manufacturer’s warranty Terms.

RETURN POLICY

At Vardiano.com, we are committed to ensure that you have a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. If you receive a dead-on arrival or malfunctioning product, you can ask for an exchange or refund for the former and only an exchange for the Latter. Returns should be made within 5 Days of your Purchase. (For example, if you receive your product on 1st of January, the last day to return your product is 5th of January). Product should be in original condition with undamaged packing. Any Item(s) being returned should also be returned with all accessories including manuals that may have been bundled with the main product. Product should be accompanied with original sales invoice along with returning Item(s). In case of returns, please mail us the product details along with your order reference number and reason for return along with the pictures of Items. 

Vardiano.com reserves the rights to deduct handling charges from the refundable amount in case of the product being physically damaged and malfunctioning.

CUSTOMER SHOULD BE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND ABOVE

The User should acknowledge and certify that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian to place orders or to make payment for the purchases on our website.

IN CASE OF ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Request for cancellations of orders placed on Vardiano.com or Whatsapp us at 8595898897. Texts shall be entertained only if your order hasn’t already been shipped/ dispatched.

DELAY OR NON-DELIVERY

In the event of a non-delivery or late delivery due to error by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost/charges spent by Vardiano.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User who has placed the Order.

RIGHT TO CANCEL & INCORRECT PRICING

Vardiano.com reserves the proper to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that’s listed at an incorrect price or for the other reason. This shall be no matter whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. the precise payment of amount paid shall be refunded and therefore the User shall be told of an equivalent.

JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of India. The Courts in New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

THIRD PARTY FRAUDS

Vardiano.com will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to utilize a card fraudulently will be on the utilizer and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the utilizer. The Utilizer must exclusively utilize his/her own card on the website.

ORDER FULFILMENT

Vardiano.com will take “Full Responsibility” of your Order, if the Order has been shipped to any location/city, where “Private Courier Companies” (eg. Delivery, Xpressbess, FedEx, DTDC, BLUE DART, etc) were used to service your Area Postcode.
